  I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Cassie in the midst of a sudden onset of chronic back pain. Her warm confident nature combined with her rehabilitation and pilates background is a winning combination. After working with her for 6 weeks I am in far better shape than I have been in years and the pain is completely gone. I cannot recommend J-well Pilates enough, it has been a monumental change in my life on so many levels.
